Vegan "Deviled Eggs"

Deviled Eggs are a classic Hors d'oeuvre commonly served in the springtime around Easter, or at dinner parties anytime. For folks looking for an interesting and tasty vegan alternative, this version of the recipe is super easy to make and is quite delicious.


  • Any amount of bite-sized, plum-type tomatoes.

  • Hummus

  • Paprika (the fresher the better!).

"Cooking" Instructions:

Simply halve the tomatoes lengthwise, top with a dollop of hummus appropriate in amount for the given tomato, and garnish with a sprinkle of paprika for color (and flavor, if you are using freshly ground paprika).
